职位描述
Responsibilities:
Be charged with customer service in Protocol Stack sub-license business to meet user requirements according to terms of contracts.
Cooperate with PN to provide pre-/post-sales customer service of Protocol Stack sub-license business;
Cooperate with Protocol Stack team to perform technical service;
Cooperate with PN to get relevant support for our business;
Translate/Manage the relevant technical document;
Furnish customer service achievement and report.
