-- B.S degree or above, major in Telecommunication and information system. Specialized in mobile and wireless communications is prior.
-- More than 2 years about 2G/2.5G/3G (GSM/GPRS/WCDMA) mobile communications R&D.
-- Excellent oral & written Mandarin and English.
-- Profound mobile and wireless communications skills, broad technical background, Services.

职位描述
-- Follow-up and research for the latest 3GPP/UMTS/CCSA/OMA/GCF/MTTF specifications and activities in China and Global Market.
-- Participation and take an active part in China Standardization activities on behalf of the COSMOBIC, for 3GPP/UMTS/CCSA/OMA/GCF/MTTF and the related bodies.
-- Cooperation with PMC and NEC on 3GPP/UMTS/CCSA/OMA/GCF/MTTF related standardization technologies.
-- Publicity and thoroughness of the 3GPP/UMTS/CCSA/OMA/GCF/MTTF related technologies and standardization activities for the COSMOBIC engineers.
-- Support for COSMOBIC license customers by the latest 3GP
